The Fort Del Boy

Del Boy was bred by Mr Cyril Cromie in Northern Ireland, and was bought at the ZSA Premier Sale in August 2016, in partnership with the Brookdene and Wheatfield flocks. He is a very correct upright well marked sheep who stood Overall Reserve Champion in the show.

He was placed 5th Prize Shearling Ram ZSA National Show RHASS 2017, 2nd Prize Shearling Ram GYS 2017, as well as being placed 1st at Masham Sheep Fair (Male Champion) and Bentham.  He brings a totally new bloodline to our flock being a grandson of the top quality ram, Broomfield Trickster.

Del Boy has been a tremendous sheep in the show ring as a Senior Ram and was placed 1st Northumberland Show, Male Champion and Reserve Zwartbles Champion and Best Opposite to Champion (ZSA National Show)at the Royal Highland Show in 2018. He then went on to be Reserve Male Champion at The Great Yorkshire, as well as Breed Champion at the Royal Lancs. 

He was then sold at the ZSA Premier Sale at Carlisle where he was Reserve Male Champion before eing sold for 2000gns.
